ICJS Fellowship for Work with DAACS

Monticello’s Robert H. Smith International Center for Jefferson Studies (ICJS) is a multi-disciplinary research center that leads the study of Thomas Jefferson and his world and supports the ongoing work of preservation and education at Monticello. Monticello’s Archaeology Department and DAACS are part of ICJS.

ICJS offers 4-month residential fellowships and 12-month remote fellowships and encourages applications from archaeological researchers interested in working with DAACS staff and DAACS data.  For more information on ICJS Fellowships and the application process, please visit https://www.monticello.org/research-education/for-scholars/fellowships/icjs-fellowship-cohorts/ .

Questions about ICJS Fellowships to support work with DAACS should be directed to Dr. Elizabeth Bollwerk, Project Manager, The Digital Archaeological Archive of Comparative Slavery, email ebollwerk@monticello.org.
